We are seeking an empathetic Student Wellbeing Support and Safeguarding Administrator to join our safeguarding team at Charters School. In this vital role, you will work with a range of young people to support them in overcoming barriers impacting their school attendance and wellbeing. The post is the backbone of safeguarding operations, providing high‑level administrative support to the Safeguarding Team, maintaining safeguarding logs and policies, and liaising with external safeguarding partners. The ideal candidate will be a professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a calm and flexible can-do attitude. A high degree of confidentiality is essential, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to the Safeguarding Team and maintain safeguarding logs and policies.
  • Liaise with external safeguarding partners as required.
  • Support a range of young people to overcome barriers affecting attendance and wellbeing.
  • Act as part of a team to sustain effective safeguarding operations within the school.
