Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a Council Tax Accounts Officer to deliver a supportive and accurate service, guiding residents through billing queries and account support.
We’re committed to making Council Tax clear and manageable for everyone.
Based in the Borough, you’ll work three days a week, supporting the local community and collaborating with Benefits and Valuation teams, Citizens Advice, and solicitors to provide a joined-up experience for residents.
