Join Hampshire’s Inclusion Support Service as a Service Administrator and become part of a dedicated, friendly and passionate team working to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young people. You will support the School Attendance Support Team as the first point of contact for attendance queries from schools, parents and partner agencies, while managing casework and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong data capability, including producing, analysing and interpreting statistics and reports to support effective decision‑making and identify trends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for attendance enquiries, managing phone and inbox queries from schools, parents and partner agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, including tracking enquiries, updating databases, and recording case notes on Capita One.
- Support service delivery by arranging meetings, producing data reports, and contributing to casework and cross‑team working.
