Job Description

The successful candidate will perform a range of administrative, clerical, and financial tasks in support of designated training activities, consistent with Department and Force requirements.

  • Act as a point of contact for matters related to the administration of training activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and allocations for training courses, ensuring information is current and reflected in documentation/recording systems.
  • Progress external training applications, maintaining accurate records of requests and allocations.
  • Assist with the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of learning/training management systems and handle access requests and queries from users.
  • Produce management information reports from training data as needed.
  • Support training purchases by completing relevant information and verifying invoice validity for payments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educated to Level 2 (3-5 passes) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in administration within a busy office environment.
  • Familiarity with manual and computerized systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Proficient in computer use with good keyboard skills.
  • Capable of working independently without supervision.
