Working Style You’ll be based in the Borough for five days a week, playing a key role in serving the local community. You’ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference to residents’ lives. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the first point of contact for families, visitors and professionals — offering not just a welcome, but reassurance. Whether you’re coordinating a meeting, preparing for a workshop, or simply making someone feel seen on a difficult day, you’ll help make the Hub feel like a place where people belong. Behind the scenes, you’ll help everything run smoothly. From managing diaries and agendas to supporting events and maintaining accurate records, your work will provide the quiet infrastructure that allows the team to do what they do best. You’ll also support administrative processes, track key data, and contribute to ongoing improvements — ensuring the Hub remains efficient, safe and centred around care. This is a varied and emotionally rich role. Some days will be challenging. But every task — no matter how practical — plays a part in helping families and young people step into futures that are not constrained by trauma, but open to hope and ambition. You’ll have experience in busy administrative settings and confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems to stay on top of tasks.
