The Role: If you have excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a fast‑paced setting, we have an opportunity for you to join a team where you can make a difference, every day. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team at Swanwick Lodge; a secure children’s home situated close to the M27 for an easy commute from Portsmouth or Southampton. We are looking for someone to support us at the weekend for just 6 hours, 14:30‑20:30, with additional hours occasionally available to support the team.

What you’ll do:

  • You will provide a courteous and professional front‑line service to staff, professional visitors, and members of the public; both in person and over the telephone.
  • You will ensure the secure movement of staff, visitors, and children around the home via internal security systems.
  • You will maintain accurate records and provide general administrative assistance.

What we’re looking for: A good level of English and competent IT skills are essential; all training necessary for you to fulfil the role will be provided.
