The Role:
As a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you will help strengthen the national reputation of Westminster Registration Services, ensuring our brand stands out as one of the most iconic ceremony destinations in the country. You will lead on delivering the social media strategy for Registration and Ceremony Services, taking ownership of content creation, research and day-to-day engagement across platforms. You will bring fresh thinking to reinvigorate the tone and aesthetic of our brand identity across multimedia channels, setting and maintaining clear brand standards across all services. You will support the development of our Event and Commercial packages, helping shape pricing strategies, negotiate terms and maximise revenue from venue hire and ceremony offerings.
A key part of your role will involve building and securing strategic partnerships with influencers, ceremony planners, suppliers and media organisations, working within agreed frameworks and delegated authority to strengthen reputation, enhance revenue and improve service delivery standards. You will also support the Business Development Manager in redeveloping A Day To Remember Magazine.
