The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Community Inclusion Advisor to connect early years services and support families, ensuring young children have the best start in life across the borough on a three-year fixed term contract.
You will work across schools, nurseries and Family Hubs, leading collaborations, hosting parent workshops and coaching practitioners to embed inclusive practice for SEND.
A strong background in Early Years and a DBS check are essential.
