Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Decarbonisation and Sustainability Manager to lead the Lancaster West Estate transformation, delivering carbon-neutral social housing by 2030 and engaging with residents on greener, warmer homes.

Based in the Borough for three days a week, you’ll oversee high-impact decarbonisation projects, secure funding, develop robust business cases, and build dashboards to track performance, while prioritising resident co-design.
