About The Role
We have an exciting role providing a range of administrative support services to the Chief Officer Support senior leadership team. You will provide general administrative support to the Chief Officer Support senior leadership team (Chief of Staff, Office Manager & EA to the CC, Staff Officer to the DCC) and also the administration of mailboxes, dealing with emails and correspondence into the COG office and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person for action as necessary.
Your complete administrative tasks connected with Reward and Recognition. Attendance at awards ceremonies is required to assist with the general running of the event and maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
You support the Office Manager & EA to the CC with task/project coordination, and office management tasks and manage folders and files for the Chief Constable portfolio and you will maintain an organised and professional COG office environment.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF level 2, to include Maths and English or work experience deemed to have brought the individual to a comparable level.
Essential Experience
Must be able to use common office software to a high standard. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the organisation. Ability to plan and coordinate various tasks.
