The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking an Independent Living Assessor to undertake Carers Assessments within the Complex Care Adult Social Care Service. This 36-hour-per-week role across five days helps adults stay independent and well supported in the community.
You will be the first point of contact for residents accessing Adult Social Care, providing information, advice and timely support and ensuring they are directed to the right services.
