The role involves supporting solution delivery, testing, and customer sign-off.
You will:
- Act as a key liaison between ICT, its customers and users, promoting new technology and the ICT team.
- Define and document business functions, processes, and requirements.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and compare delivered benefits against expectations.
You will need strong communication skills to work with users and ICT staff, defining and documenting requirements. You will also need to be a team player and be able to demonstrate that you can work on your own initiative, using your skills and experience to work with a wide range of people including the ICT team, staff, and suppliers where your skills in communication and negotiation will be as important as your ICT knowledge.
