Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a Head of Asset Management & Compliance within the Housing and Neighbourhoods department. You will lead a high-profile service delivering stock condition surveys, investment opportunities and efficiency analysis to enable delivery of the asset management strategy.

You will combine strategic thinking with credible leadership, overseeing contracts and performance, and working with residents, contractors and partners to improve living conditions.
