Hampshire County Council is seeking a Careers Adviser to support young people across Hampshire in schools and FE colleges, delivering impartial CEIAG and guiding post-16/18 choices. The role is based at the X-Perience Young Persons Centre, Fareham, with hybrid working.
You will work with a collaborative team to help students explore options, build confidence and plan transitions into education, training or employment, while upholding safeguarding and inclusion principles.
