Temporary Accommodation Officer (Pay Grade SO2) – 3 x full time 12‑month fixed term post. Part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Temporary Accommodation Team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect rent and manage tenancy accounts.
- Conduct housing management duties and property inspections.
- Sign up new tenants for tenancy agreements.
- Identify and provide support for vulnerable tenants.
- Maintain effective relationships with other teams, agencies, landlords, and colleagues.
- Work flexibly and provide excellent customer care in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Housing Officer or equivalent.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, tenancy and property standards.
Salary:
Standard working week of 35 hours. Salary calculator available to calculate pro‑rata salary.
