This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy admin team and stretch your skills far beyond a basic administration role. The team provides comprehensive admin and phone service to the Housing department’s Tenancy Enforcement Officers, Community Participation and Diversity Officers and Sheltered Housing Team. Tenancy Support Officers are based at the Woolwich Centre and can work from home part of the week after training.
Responsibilities
- Carry out standard admin duties.
- Take calls from tenants.
- Let garages and bike spaces.
- Process changes to council tenancies.
- Maintain accurate IT records.
- Take minutes for case conferences.
- Support colleagues in a pressured environment with changing priorities.
Role details
There are 2 permanent roles: one full time (35 hours) and one part time (21 hours – Monday, Tuesday and Friday only). You will need to be 100% accurate in your work and be committed to providing the highest standard of customer care.
Salary
