Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking an experienced Lettings Officer for an 11-month secondment in the Access and Allocations Team. You will allocate council and housing association homes across the borough, ensuring fair lettings in line with housing legislation, policy, and best practice.
You will manage a busy workload, liaise with housing providers, applicants and stakeholders, and handle enquiries from residents, Members, MPs and senior managers.
