You will join us at an exciting time as the Royal Borough continues its ongoing ambitious regeneration programme.
We are seeking a Senior Adult Lawyer to join our busy Adults, Education and Employment team dealing with a varied caseload and providing legal advice, support and representation to the council's Directorate. The role will include running an extensive caseload of complex legal work in the area of Adults working as a Senior member of the team providing high-level services to elected members, senior managers, staff and external clients.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent and able to demonstrate experience of all aspects of the law relating to safeguarding adults, including but not limited to the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Health Act 1983.
