The Role:
As a member of the Administration Team, the Receptionist for Westcombe Park is to undertake the role of lead school Receptionist and assist in a wide range of duties within the office administration and organisational processes within the school. They will also act as the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders so will be an ambassador for the school and will embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all intentions in a professional and friendly manner.
The John Roan School values personal development, and on joining the school you will have a wealth of opportunities to develop through our internal CPD programmes and within the United Learning group of schools. Support staff who are working directly with students and are without A-Levels, a degree or a relevant Level 3 for the role; will be required to enrol on the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship once appointed. We will support you to gain this qualification as part of our commitment to staff development and improving student outcomes.
