Our Leaving Care Service is fully established and operates within a lively and thriving workplace, where we are continually striving to improve our learning and practice. The Leaving Care Service is fast paced and busy which offers swift responses to ensure that young people leaving care receive high quality support and the right interventions. The service is seeking two experienced, dynamic and dedicated practice leaders who are committed to driving improved services forward, and, together with our partners, deliver positive outcomes for our children and young people leaving care.
Candidates must have experience of working within a Leaving Care Service. You must be keen to contribute to a service of excellence to our children and young people in Greenwich. In the service, we promote RBG’s Practice Framework (systemic and compassionate based theory and non-discriminatory relational practice). We provide excellent training opportunities, provide good management support and regular supervision.
