The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking two Planning Obligations Officers to join our Planning Obligations Team at an exciting time of change and growth. These roles will play a key part in administering, monitoring and reporting on developer contributions, with a particular focus on the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and the Building Safety Levy.
You will work with Planning, Finance, Legal Services and developers to ensure compliance, maintain robust monitoring systems and provide support.
