Job Introduction

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the Council’s ambitions for its future transport network, implementing high-profile schemes and maintaining a strong grip on the delivery of key projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Traffic Engineer, AutoCAD experience is required. The postholder will work on behalf of Royal Greenwich Council to help with the delivery of a range of traffic engineering projects and improvements, assisting in the implementation of the council’s Transport Strategy.

About You

We are looking for a strong, highly motivated individual who is a team player, with energy and a strong commitment to probity, honesty and openness. With a keen interest and relevant experience in traffic engineering, you will understand local government and the legislative context of this role. You will also be an excellent communicator, able to prioritise a busy workload and support the delivery of innovative solutions to traffic issues.
