Repairs and Investment are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident Technical Administration officer to work within our dedicated Voids Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical, clerical administrative and IT support for the Voids service.
- Use Microsoft Office packages and be willing to learn the Northgate V6 repairs system.
- Maintain accurate data collection, ensure updates and timely transmission to relevant parties.
- Manage telephone calls and enquiries from tenants via the dedicated repairs line.
- Work as part of a team, taking initiative and meeting deadlines.
- Handle a wide range of enquiries from the public, contractors, consultants and external bodies.
- Deliver excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- General administrative experience.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Strong telephone and written communication skills.
