Overview

In this role you will help shape and deliver our Quality Improvement Framework and manage a portfolio of projects to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. You will lead on implementing SEND-related social care reforms and strengthen partnership governance across education, health, and social care. You will work with senior leaders and cross‑disciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and meaningful engagement with parents and carers. Responsibilities

  • Lead on implementing SEND-related social care reforms with the Inclusion, Learning and Achievement division and external partners
  • Develop and strengthen partnership governance across education, health, and social care and with parents/carers
  • Manage a portfolio of improvement and innovation projects to benefit children, young people and families
  • Shape and deliver the Quality Improvement Framework and sustain continuous improvement activities
  • Motivate and lead multi-disciplinary project teams and work with senior leaders to challenge conventional ways of working
  • Support decision-making by ensuring insights from children, young people and families inform strategic choices
  • Contribute to delivering bespoke innovation and improvement projects within Children’s Services Directorate
