The Royal Borough of Greenwich is recruiting two full-time Housing Officer posts on a 12-month fixed-term basis within the Temporary Accommodation Team. You will handle rent collection, housing management, property inspections and tenancy sign-ups, identify support for vulnerable tenants and work with other teams, agencies and landlords in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants should be adaptable, customer-focused and able to work independently; prior experience in housing or tenancy management is preferred.
