The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a Building Maintenance Surveyor to join its new team within Client Services, Capital Investment.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated and qualified to HND and/or equivalent experience.
You will manage small projects on-site focusing on digital connectivity while ensuring that building safety is not compromised.
Additionally, you'll conduct site inspections and report findings, with the use of your own vehicle required.
