An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Inclusion Service for a committed, enthusiastic individual who wants to make a real difference to the lives of some of our most vulnerable residents who are experiencing complex needs and are rough sleeping in the South East sub region.

Reporting to the Sub Regional Rough Sleeping Coordinator, the successful applicant will work with a targeted group of clients to prevent and resolve homelessness wherever possible by providing advice, information and ongoing support to those in housing needs. As a Homelessness Engagement Worker, you will support these clients to access immigration advice, specialist treatment agencies and health providers, as well relevant housing services.

Your work will be person-centred, ensuring that each individual receives tailored assistance to overcome barriers and achieve long-term housing stability. You will collaborate closely with sub regional services and external partners, including housing providers, health services, and voluntary organisations, to deliver a holistic and targeted programme of support which focuses on enabling people to secure and sustain settled accommodation.
