Repairs and Investment are looking to recruit an enthusiastic confident Technical Administration officer. You will be responsible for providing technical clerical, administrative and IT support for the Finance and Commercial Service. Experience in the use of IT Microsoft packages including Excel, with the ability to upload data and review spreadsheets is essential. Must be willing to learn and work on the Northgate V6 system.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical clerical, administrative and IT support for the Finance and Commercial Service.
- Use Microsoft packages including Excel; upload data and review spreadsheets.
- Be willing to learn and work on the Northgate V6 system.
- Maintain data collection accuracy, ensure data is up to date and passed to relevant parties in a timely manner.
