Royal Borough of Greenwich Values its Housing Estates Grounds Maintenance and takes pride in caring for them and ensuring they are maintained to a high standard for the benefit and enjoyment of all.
To assist us in this important role, we are seeking experienced grounds maintenance staff who have the relevant knowledge in horticulture and machinery use. You should be experienced in all aspects of general horticulture and familiar with working with the public. All necessary training will be provided.
Your duties will include shrub bed maintenance, grass cutting and brush cutting, pruning as well as the general grounds maintenance of Estates sites across the Borough* using the relevant tools and equipment provided whilst ensuring the safety of the public and the workforce at all times.
A full driving licence would be an advantage.
*predominantly in the Abbey Wood, Eltham and Blackheath areas.
