This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a highly regarded service, supporting the strategic and operational leadership of EPWS and driving positive outcomes for children, young people and families across the borough. As DPEP, you will have a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the service, including oversight of statutory assessment activity, service performance, workforce planning, quality assurance and operational decision-making. You will line manage and clinically supervise colleagues, lead service development initiatives and support multi-agency working.
We are looking for a highly skilled EP with substantial leadership experience, a strong commitment to inclusion and anti-racist practice, and a track record of developing people, systems and services. You will be an excellent communicator, confident leading change and able to balance strategic priorities with operational demands.
At Royal Greenwich, EPs make a genuine difference. We are proud of our strong team culture, commitment to wellbeing, and focus on delivering high-quality psychological services across statutory, traded and early intervention work.
