You will supervise a busy production kitchen, coordinate food preparation and lead by example to ensure high standards for up to 500 lunch portions daily, in a term-time, permanent role.
The role requires early starts, hands-on management, and the ability to work with staff and students in a vocational college setting, delivering quality, safe and efficient catering operations.
