Street Services is seeking a Business Support Officer (Finance) to join its busy Business Support Team. Street Services has 446 staff, and the Business Support Team is responsible for providing a wide range of functions that assist delivery of statutory frontline waste collection and street cleansing services.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of business waste customers
- Ensure that service level agreements are up to date and in place where traded services are provided
- Monitor income payments against service level agreements to ensure payment is received and assist customers with payment schedules where necessary
- Monitor debt recovery
- Support enquiries from new business waste customers
Qualifications / Skills
You will have exceptional IT and communication skills with excellent customer care. You will also be a good team player who is flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of the service.
