Base Pay Range
Greenwich is a great place to work. The Public Health department works across the London and South‑East London public health systems, including the South East London Integrated Care System. We are seeking a public health professional to provide leadership to health improvement functions, including health in all policies, food, physical activity, tobacco, drugs, alcohol and gambling. Your teams will provide expert input to the commissioning team and work closely with council departments to improve local wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Strategic lead for health improvement functions.
- Provide expert input to commissioning and collaborate with other council departments.
- Contribute to council\’s strategic priorities addressing social, economic and health inequalities.
Qualifications
- Registered public health specialist on the GMC Specialist Register, the GDC Specialist List or the UK Public Health Register (UKPHR).
Working Hours
42‑hour working week, Monday to Friday.
