About Us
Our Greenwich Plan outlines our vision for the next four years, focusing on the changes we want to see in our borough and Council. We aim to become a more strategic, efficient, and adaptive organization to better serve our communities. Our workforce is key to achieving this.
Royal Greenwich is known for first-class modern services. Our diverse communities span from Greenwich town centre in the west to Thamesmead in the east, and from Greenwich Peninsula in the north to Eltham in the south. We are committed to ambition and delivery, working towards a low-carbon future with sustainability at the core of all our efforts.
This role offers an opportunity to shape the Council’s future transport network, implement high-profile schemes, and oversee key projects.
Success in this position requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational leadership. You should bring energy, tenacity, and excellent communication skills. A passion for data and evaluation to inform service improvements is essential.
Above all, you will be dedicated to delivering an efficient, well-connected network that residents appreciate, with a low carbon footprint, aligning with the Council’s Transport Strategy.
