Lead Therapist

Salary: Β£58,950

Location: Roehampton

Role type: Management-only – no clinical caseload

Leading a 20-strong multidisciplinary team across CAMHS and Eating Disorders, covering both inpatient and outpatient services. One of five therapy managers/team leads reporting into the site's senior leadership structure.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established private hospital group operating a large, CQC-rated "Good" mental health and rehabilitation hospital in South West London. The site comprises separate adult and adolescent inpatient wards alongside outpatient and day-care programmes, treating a broad range of presentations including mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and substance and behavioural addictions.

Responsibilities

  • Driving pathway development and growth in referrals and engagement across CAMHS and Eating Disorders
  • Overseeing governance, safeguarding and quality standards across the service
  • Working across both inpatient and outpatient settings within the wider multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

  • HCPC registration and/or BACP/BABCP/UKCP accreditation
