Our retained recruitment partner is looking to appoint a Clinical Home Manager for one of their small-sized nursing homes in Leeds.
As Home Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while driving performance across the home.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across nursing, care, and support functions, creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
- Full operational leadership of the home (care, clinical, staffing & compliance)
- Drive occupancy and support local marketing/referral activity
- Ensure high standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
- Support staff development, supervision, and succession planning
Requirements:
- An active NMC pin
- Experienced Home Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
- Background in nursing and/or dementia care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
