Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for course portfolio review, fee‑setting and scholarship processes.
  • Support the Product Manager in reviewing existing and proposed provision, ensuring market research and data inform decision‑making.
  • Collect, analyse and maintain data relating to fees, entry requirements, scholarships, market trends and course performance.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports and presentations relating to the course portfolio, fees and scholarships.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of course information, including fees and entry requirements.
  • Coordinate communications between the Product team, academic units and professional services teams.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes to support effective portfolio management.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a higher education or related sector.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in working with data, including data entry, analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with stakeholders and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with course or curriculum review processes and quality assurance in higher education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to manage documents and data efficiently.
