Provide high-quality, efficient and effective support to the University’s Information Management Team. Support the Legal Services Team by delivering excellent administrative and advisory assistance across information governance and legal compliance activities. Maintain accurate records, support casework, assist with policy development, and help deliver training across the University.

Qualifications

  • High level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced use of web-based systems and word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, ideally Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a complex environment and maintaining governance or other complex records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Clear and appropriate communication with a wide range of audiences and ability to understand, interpret, and explain data protection and information governance concepts and guidance to third parties, students, and colleagues.
  • Education to first degree level desirable; recognised subject-specific qualification or professional certification in data protection, information governance, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
