What you’ll do:
- As the Lead Product Owner, you’ll set the product direction for our Economic Crime analytics capabilities.
- You’ll bring customer, colleague, and business needs to form a clear vision and prioritised roadmap for the bank.
- You’ll lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, creating the focus, decision‑making, and ways‑of‑working needed to turn complex problems into measurable outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a product function of Product Owners and Business Analysts, driving clear ownership and consistent standards.
- Owning end-to-end product outcomes, ensuring the implementation of proposed solutions and measuring the delivered impact.
- Shaping investment choices and sequencing across run and change, making clear trade‑offs between customer value, fraud‑loss prevention, risk, technical debt, cost, capacity and dependencies.
- Working across teams to align product strategy and delivery, building scalable and sustainable capabilities.

We’re looking for a strategic, outcome-focused product leader with experience in leading complex products, platforms, or portfolios in an agile environment. You’ll be comfortable setting direction and establishing clarity across organisational boundaries.
