Join us as a Large Corporates Coverage Associate, Professionals & Business Services. You'll utilise your knowledge of bank capabilities to prepare first class customer and sector analysis and pitch materials, supporting with strategy definition and transaction origination. You'll have the opportunity to develop a network of relationships with stakeholders to understand and shape strategy, process and capability and provide a market leading service. It's a critical role, where your work will directly support the bank to maintain excellent customer relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Support our specialists in building and maintaining business with our customers.
  • Provide analytical capability to understand customer and sector requirements and deliver appropriate solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Support specialists in all aspects of activity to present the bank as the leading partner to customers.
  • Support your colleagues in all aspects of commercial strategy and internal stakeholder management to enhance customer relationships.
  • Develop a good understanding of all aspects of strategy and product definition.
  • Develop a good understanding of transaction execution to support the shaping of strategy and capability.

The skills you'll need:

  • A proven ability to solve complex problems, and a track record of working with others to build business success.
  • A practical understanding of risk management disciplines.
  • Understanding of corporate banking, including client relationships, products and market dynamics.
  • Experience in financial analysis and corporate finance, or a strong interest in developing expertise in these areas.
  • The ability to build a good network across the bank.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
