We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join the Wealth Management team in our Winchester office on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day ongoing administration of client’s accounts. This is a busy and varied role and no two days will be the same. You will be providing the best possible service to our colleagues and clients as part of a cohort of likeminded individuals, who strive to achieve great results while constantly learning and adapting to improving systems and working practices.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely.
What will you do?
- Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing support with administration duties.
- Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
- Monitor transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.
- Support ISA subscriptions and transfers.
- Processing of payments to clients.
- Contacting clients to book annual reviews.
- Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
- Ensure client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems.
- General record keeping and electronic filing.
- Adhering to Conduct Risk standards.
