The Vice President within GIB Healthcare will assist the team in executing transactions and develop the business.
What will you do?
- To work as directed by the Managing Directors to develop and grow the business in Europe
- Provide coverage support of accounts
- Work with Investment Banking & Capital Markets product teams to identify opportunities
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
- Operate within scope of strategy and authorities set by RBC European Leadership Board & Head of European Investment Banking
- Execution of transactions within the scope of appropriate internal approval systems e.g. EECC, TVC, Commitments Committee etc
- Assist in the management of junior members of the Healthcare Team.
- Close working relationships with other Sector teams in Investment Banking and Product groups including Enterprise Content Management, Leveraged Finance, High Yield, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Banking
What do you need to succeed?
- Must have Previous Investment Banking experience in the Healthcare sector at VP level
- Nice to have Pharma coverage experience.
