The Compliance Manager will be responsible for supporting the ongoing management, governance, and reporting processes of the RCM (Regulatory Compliance Management) program for Europe across the two segments (CM & WM) and their lines of business in the region. The role will also oversee governance and reporting processes for other Asia Pacific RCM programs.

This position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support European Compliance Teams and 1LOD with Control Standards and the 4 RCM pillars: Regulatory Content, Risk Assessments, Monitoring & Testing, and Issues Management.
  • Maintain and update Regulatory Content inventories for European jurisdictions, including managing change requests.
  • Assist in producing RCM Governance Committee materials, including presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Develop insightful reporting and metrics.
  • Facilitate training, answer questions, prepare reports, and liaise with Compliance teams across regions.
  • Manage user access to Compliance tools and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with Europe & APAC Compliance teams for Quarterly CCO Opinion reporting.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VBA, graphs, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for high-impact presentations.
  • Strong delivery focus and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze large information sets and identify core issues.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and hands-on approach.
  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in investment banking or wealth/asset management.
  • Experience working with Compliance teams.
  • Knowledge of European and UK regulatory environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
