What do you need to succeed?
- Must‑have: Hold a Level 4 CII/CISI certification (with FP & Advice paper) as a minimum, with progress toward Level 6 CII or Chartered Wealth Manager (CISI Level 7) preferred. Demonstrated track record as a successful Wealth Manager / Financial Planner, navigating complex advice areas (e.g., tax, estate planning) with integrity and precision. Exceptional communication skills, market insight, and trust‑building abilities to become clients’ go‑to advisor.
- Nice‑to‑have: Experience in people management is a plus, though not required. However, a willingness to manage team members in future is key.
