Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation.
- Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism.
- Learning and adhering to RBC's policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements.
Qualifications
