In this role you will lead and grow a client-centric wealth management practice within RBC Wealth Management Europe. You will manage relationships, drive net revenue and asset growth, and guide digital adoption across the team. You will work closely with cross-functional specialists to deliver holistic advice and a superior client experience, while building a scalable business through origination and strong leadership.

Pay / Benefits

  • Develop and grow a client base, focusing on new client origination and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Lead wealth advisory interactions to understand clients' financial and personal goals.
  • Drive growth by managing new business targets and contributing to the group's plan and strategy.
  • Articulate the full RBC proposition (investments, lending, cash, trust) to clients and refer to specialists as needed.
  • Ensure clients are referred to the best-fit internal teams and guide clients through the advisory journey.
  • Lead and mentor teams, providing coaching and development to achieve high service levels.
  • Drive performance management including goal setting and development conversations.

Tasks

  • At least Level 6 CIB, CISI or CII (Level 4 considered with extensive relevant experience).
  • Significant wealth management experience.
  • Proven Relationship Management skills with ability to identify and articulate solutions and earn trust.
  • Broad knowledge of business sectors, market trends, and financial products to communicate effectively.
  • Capacity to model positive behaviours and lead by example.
