  • Perform daily system reconciliations (WSO vs Simcorp, Charles River vs Simcorp) to ensure loan positions are accurate and aligned.
  • Review and resolve reconciliation breaks, investigating root causes and communicating cause analysis to multiple stakeholders.
  • Process trade settlements from Clearpar, ensuring accurate fee application, contract setup, and seamless integration across WSO, Simcorp, and Charles River systems.
  • Reconcile interest payments against notices received from agents, investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate data in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with external agents and internal teams (Investment Teams, Finance, Portfolio Managers) to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
  • Document activity and aging breaks to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
