This role sits at the intersection of project delivery and business process optimisation, requiring strong leadership of cross-functional teams and ability to navigate evolving regulatory requirements (PRA, FCA).
Reporting to the Program Manager with dotted-line accountability to the BA Lead, you'll support the UK Regulatory Reporting and Finance Change Management teams through large transformation programs and day-to-day process enhancements. This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the 100 Bishopsgate, London office.
What will you do?
- Own end-to-end delivery of Finance IT programs and projects, ensuring predictable execution, measurable outcomes, and alignment to enterprise priorities using appropriate delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Establish and maintain program governance, integrating project plans, control points, and execution assurance across concurrent initiatives while managing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance project delivery, including using GenAI for automated progress reporting, risk forecasting, and schedule optimization.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across business and technology teams, delivering transparent progress updates, risk reporting, and financial forecasts to senior stakeholders; act as the critical link between business and technology priorities.
- Enhance risk and change management through AI pattern recognition, identifying regulatory compliance risks and integration issues by analyzing historical project data, vendor performance metrics, and regulatory updates.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching and data-driven performance management.
- Manage delivery excellence through effective schedule management, KPI tracking, early warning indicators, proactive risk and issue mitigation, and removal of cross-team dependencies and blockers.
- Deliver financial accountability by estimating project costs, monitoring actual spend against baselines, managing forecasts, and contributing to benefits realization and PAR processes.
- Build programs and projects from the ground up when required, ensuring appropriate governance, stakeholder alignment, and resource securing; lead ongoing delivery of functional capabilities aligned to business value.

- Advanced proficiency with project delivery and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio) and strong data visualization skills (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint executive presentations); hands-on experience with GenAI tools in project management is valued.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complexity and ambiguity, and influence senior business executives and project teams.
