Join RBC BlueBay Asset Management as a Senior Associate within our Reporting Team in London, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional reporting solutions to our clients and business. In this permanent, full-time position, you'll manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality reporting collateral for all pooled funds and segregated mandates, working alongside talented professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role requires 4 days in the office at our London location.
What will you do?
- Produce and deliver timely and accurate reporting collateral for pooled and segregated funds (fixed income and equity), including segregated investment reporting, bespoke reports, data analysis and ad hoc client requests.
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise during production of reporting collateral and proactively respond to client queries received by the team.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to source, collate and manage data required to deliver all reporting deliverables.
- Support the wider reporting team with the production of fund and marketing collateral, including fund presentation materials, pitch books, segregated review books and newsletters.
- Work with the broader business and affiliates of RBC BlueBay to ensure reporting requirements are met and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Utilise knowledge of proprietary and third-party systems infrastructure to build automated reporting solutions, streamline processes and minimise operational risk.
- Continually identify areas for improvement and automation, implementing efficiencies and supporting projects that enhance client service and add value.
- Support the design, maintenance and update of policy and procedure documents to meet audit requirements and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Must-have:
- Demonstrated strong organisation and time management skills, with proven experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in a previous role requiring high precision.
- Prior experience in a similar reporting-focused role within the asset management industry.
- Demonstrable desire to build a career in asset management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-oriented tasks with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Nice-to-have:
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience handling large data sets and implementing coding (Python) to automate manual data entry processes.
- Good working knowledge of equities and fixed income from an investment perspective.
