What is the Opportunity?

Working within the team responsible for managing client lifecycle events for the institutional EMEA/APAC segregated client base. To facilitate the on- and off-boarding and change management events throughout the relationship cycle with our segregated clients. To manage the on-and off-boarding of RBC BlueBay’s pooled fund range and closed ended funds across all asset classes. This is a permanent, full-time role with 4 days in the office - perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, relationship-driven environment.

What will you do?

  • Manage fund onboarding, offboarding, and transition activities for RBC BlueBay's pooled funds, closed-end products, and segregated mandates across EMEA/APAC.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Investment Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Fund Accounting, and IT to deliver timely and efficient client events.
  • Ensure clear client communication throughout their journey, providing transparent information on events and support models.
  • Drive operational efficiency through ServiceNow workflow implementations, BAU process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks by establishing control points, assessing regulatory/market changes (including ESG), and proactively addressing fund launch/closure risks.
  • Maintain data integrity and security while managing client information across systems.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder networks across RBC Global Asset Management globally to support effective collaboration.
  • Support team development through cross-training, guidance, and coaching to equip associates with skills to handle onboarding and transition tasks.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Must-have: Previous experience within the financial services industry or professional services industry with client facing and operational responsibilities.
  • Proven experience of working within a diverse team in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, can multitask and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and have strong organisational skills.
  • Treats confidential/personal information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Must be highly reliable and extremely professional.
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Willing to embrace new technology.

Nice to have:

  • Degree educated or equivalent.
  • Second European Language advantageous.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Concur, Salesforce, Workday, ADP, Microsoft Teams & Webex.
